Sweet Carolina Water at Boone Pride Fest 2026

This past weekend, Sweet Carolina Water had the honor of being part of Boone Pride Fest, one of the High Country's most beloved community events. The festival drew the community to the Watauga County Agricultural Conference Center for an afternoon of vendors, performers, and resources, following a parade through downtown Boone earlier in the day.

As a student-run nonprofit through Appalachian State University's Association of Student Entrepreneurs, we see moments like this as more than a chance to set up a table. They're opportunities to build something impactful, show up for our community, and learn what it really means to run a business with purpose.

Boone Pride has grown quickly since its first festival, and being invited to take part in that growth means a lot to our student team. It's a reminder that the "why" behind Sweet Carolina Water isn't just about a can of certified spring water, it's about the High Country itself, and the people who make it the kind of place worth building a company in.
